Therapeutic Exercise

The Department of Sports Excellence belongs to the World Association of Sport Performance Centers and operates under the scientific supervision of the 1st Orthopedic Surgery Clinic of the University of Athens Medical School. At SNF Nostos, specialized physical education instructors and health scientists who collaborate with Sports Excellence will present an introductory sports program aiming to highlight physical exercise as a preventative measure and as a treatment for recovery. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the benefits of exercise and to take part in it, improving physical and mental health in a fun way.

Free entrance on a first-come-first-serve basis, 20 participants every 30 minutes, by showing your SNF Nostos ID in print or digital form.
