*: Accessibility and openness have been, from the very beginning, essential parts of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation’s SNF Nostos vision.

This year, we aim, once again, to organize and host an open event that welcomes as many people as possible, following, at the same time, the COVID-19 safety measures in place during the event at the end of August. Our approach focuses, as always, on the protection of public health, the safety of our guests and participants, and on limiting the spread of COVID-19, while at the same time staying true to SNF Nostos’ defining philosophy of being open and accessible to everyone.

Despite the fact that we are dealing with a continuously shifting landscape, as things stand right now, all outdoor events can be accessible to everyone. In our efforts to offer to as many people as possible the opportunity to attend SNF Nostos’ events safely in person, we look forward to making the events accessible to fully vaccinated guests, and to those who can present a valid negative PCR or rapid test upon arrival. Free rapid tests are available at many locations across Attica, including sites close to the SNFCC. In addition, we plan to provide free rapid tests at the SNFCC for visitors who cannot present a vaccination certificate or proof of a negative test. For events held at indoor venues, we will take the same approach as above, unless it is prohibited by official guidelines. In such case, indoor venues will be accessible only to fully vaccinated visitors. In order for SNF Nostos visitors to have the best experience possible, many SNF Nostos events will be broadcast, as always, live at numerous locations throughout the SNFCC.

We will continue to monitor the latest developments, and evaluate all available options. We remain optimistic and look forward to sharing the SNF Nostos experience together, as we have come to know it and enjoy it in years past, as safely as possible.
