Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW)

Born in 1972, Paolo Pelanda graduated in architecture at Politecnico di Milano. He joined RPBW in 2006 to work initially on the project Le Albere, in Trento (Italy), completed in 2016. He then worked on the Sesto San Giovanni Railway Station, in Milan, and on the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, completed in 2021.

He became an Associate Architect in 2016. He is currently the associate in charge of the Prata Riverside Village in Lisbon and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Hospitals Initiative in Greece.
