Allison Mishkin

Dr. Allison Fine Mishkin leads youth policy at OpenAI, where she ensures teams build safe experiences for young people. She received her PhD from the University of Oxford in Technology and Child Development focused on ensuring beneficial outcomes from teenagers' technology use. Allison has worked with organizations such as Sesame Workshop, LEGO, Nickelodeon, and UNICEF to design responsible digital experiences. Most recently, she led the Kids & Families product policy team at Google, where she advanced safety frameworks and product policies to ensure emerging technologies, including AI, could better serve and protect children and families.
