Angeliki Drakou is the Founder and CEO of Grizo & Prasino, a vertically integrated Greek premium botanical company established in 2017. The company has developed a portfolio of approximately fifty products and exports to six countries, repositioning Greek herbs within contemporary retail and hotel, restaurant, and cafe markets. Since 2024, she has served as Secretary General of the Professional & Craft Chamber of Rodopi, actively contributing to entrepreneurship and regional development initiatives. She has been recognized by EIT Food with the 2nd Prize for Empowering Women in Agrifood, as well as the CERES Award for Excellence in Growth: Revenue Generation. Originally trained in law and practicing as an attorney, she later shifted her professional focus to agrifood innovation, combining strategic thinking with cultural positioning. She has spoken at regional development conferences and startup events and has appeared in national and regional media.
