Ndi Nancy Saiboh

Ndi Nancy Saiboh is the Founder and Executive Director of Actions for Development and Empowerment (ADE), a youth-driven organization based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. She leads initiatives focused on civic engagement, democratic governance, girls’ leadership, health accountability, climate action, and transparency. Nancy supports communities to use evidence, citizen voice, and digital tools to demand better public services and more accountable institutions. Her work bridges grassroots action and policy engagement, with a strong focus on youth and women as drivers of systemic change. She collaborates with national and regional partners to strengthen citizen participation and advance social justice across Cameroon and beyond.
