iMEdD Station: An open space for journalism

During SNF Nostos, a specially designed space in the foyer of the Greek National Opera invites visitors to explore iMEdD’s work and how journalism is produced, evolves, and connects people.

In the same location, Radio Workshop and iMEdD are setting up a radio studio where 12 young reporters from across Africa will broadcast live and recorded content every day of the event. At the same time, ten students from four Greek universities will jointly cover the SNF Nostos’s activities and key figures, guided by the two organizations. Together, these initiatives turn SNF Nostos 2026 into a space for audiovisual production, giving emerging creators hands-on experience in real time.

Finally, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the Tactical Tech Data Detox Bar: AI Edition, an interactive installation on artificial intelligence and its social impact, presented as a cocktail bar.
