• About the SNF AI Assistant: The SNF AI Assistant is an AI-powered chatbot designed to help you quickly access information that is already available on our website about SNF Nostos and is designed to operate only in English and Greek. Its responses are generated automatically, may not always be complete, current, or accurate, and do not involve human review before being displayed. The information provided is intended for general guidance only and should not be considered legal, financial, personal, professional or any other form of advice.
• User Responsibility: By using this chatbot, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you interact with it and how you interpret or use the information it provides, and that you do so at your own discretion and risk. Nothing generated by this chatbot is legally binding on SNF or any third party. SNF and its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (as well as SNF’s affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns) cannot be held liable for any actions, losses, or damages arising out or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the chatbot’s responses.
• Unacceptable Use: To ensure a safe and helpful experience for all users, you agree to use this chatbot in a lawful, respectful and responsible manner. You are not allowed to use it in the following ways, including but not limited to:

When you use the SNF AI Assistant, SNF may process the content of your conversations and limited related technical information (such as the date and time of interaction, browser information and basic usage logs), in order to provide the chatbot service, ensure its security and proper operation and improve its performance over time. You should avoid sharing personal data or sensitive information through the chatbot. Chatbot interactions will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and, in any case, for no longer than 90 days, after which they will be automatically deleted. Such interactions may be accessed by SNF and its authorized service providers solely for the above purposes. Any personal data processed through the chatbot will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including, where relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). • Right to Change or Suspend: SNF may modify, suspend or discontinue the chatbot, or update this Legal Notice, at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the chatbot after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
