This immersive audio experience, created in partnership with Bring Change to Mind (BC2M), invites participants to listen directly to young people reflecting on mental health in their own words.

The installation unfolds across three thematic movements. First, youth share their observations of how mental health challenges are showing up in their communities and among their peers. These reflections capture the complexity of growing up in a rapidly changing world.

In the second movement, they speak to what inspired them to move from awareness to action, and how involvement in BC2M’s peer-led mental health advocacy and student leadership programming shaped their understanding of belonging, leadership, and shared responsibility.

The final movement turns toward possibility. Here, young people imagine what a more open, supportive future for mental health could look like, in schools, families, and society at large.

Rather than offering expert commentary or predetermined conclusions, this experience centers lived experience and emerging voice. Participants are invited to slow down, listen without interruption, and reflect on what becomes possible when youth are trusted not only as recipients of care, but as contributors to cultural change.

At its core, this installation is an act of listening, and a reminder that empathy begins when we create space for young people to be heard, a value that sits at the heart of BC2M's mission to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness.
