The US at 250

In 2026, we will be celebrating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and, at the same time, also reflecting on the 25th anniversary of 9/11.

Lifelong public servant Dr. John Hamre will share a personal perspective on what America’s semiquincentennial means. Then, SNF Co-President Andreas Dracopoulos will be joined by Eric Hatzimemos, who will share his personal experience working in local government in New York City during 9/11.
