Manolis Sigalas

Manolis Sigalas is President for Europe at Hill International. He joined Hill in London in 2005 and has since played a leading role in delivering major project management and advisory service assignments internationally. The year 2025 marks 20 years of continuous dedication and service to the company.

Since his promotion to Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Europe in 2023, Manolis has led the region’s organic growth, driving the European team to strong financial performance and transforming it into a robust and profitable operating platform for Hill in Europe. Under his leadership, a distinctive portfolio has been developed across infrastructure, buildings, energy, and data centers projects throughout the continent.

In his role as head of Europe, Manolis oversees Hill’s operations across 18 countries and leads growth initiatives spanning the infrastructure, buildings, energy, and technology sectors. He brings a strong operational background across Hill’s full suite of services, including Program & Project Management, Advisory Services, Independent Engineer, and Technical Assistance.

Alongside the continued leadership of the European platform, Manolis also supports Hill’s India operations, where significant growth has been achieved and which currently holds the third-largest backlog in the region. To ensure strategic alignment and the application of proven European growth strategies, he works closely with the India team, supporting them in achieving their ambitious growth objectives and strengthening collaboration across the two regions.

Manolis holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
