Katie Nguyễn

Katie Nguyễn (she/her) is a DJ and Jr. Program Leader at SF Skate Club. She also serves as a Member for SNF Nostos Youth Advisory Committee. Hailing bicoastally from the Bronx, New York and the Bay Area, California, Katie is a first-generation college graduate who earned her bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish. Community support—especially through SEO Scholars—has been integral to her educational journey, shaping both her academic path and her commitments beyond graduation. Katie currently works as a Jr. Program Leader with SF Skate Club, where she supports middle and high school skateboarders by integrating skateboarding with occupational therapy-informed activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development. Outside of her academic and community work, Katie is a DJ. In July 2024, she made her live radio debut on KPOO 89.5 FM with an east-meets-west-coast hip-hop mashup, reflecting her bicoastal roots. Katie first supported Nostos as an intern in 2023 and is honored to continue her involvement as a Youth Advisory Committee Member for Nostos 2026, working alongside the SNF and iMEdD teams.
